What I wish was different
Everyone in the building treats you like an engineer, except HR who treat you like children. Constantly organizing “ice breaker” activities that eat up too much time during work days
Advice
Don’t be afraid to ask for more work. Most of the time this will lead to the most exciting and interesting projects.
