Being able to jump right in and work with legislators and make real changes to future state policy is exciting. It's very hands on!

Advice
The winter semester would be a very exciting time since the state legislators are in session from January to at least March. Be ready to "drink from a fire hose" as you are learning the ropes in the beginning. It's worth it, though!
