This co-op allowed me real world experience. I was hands-on with a lot of major projects in the department and got to take the lead on several small projects.
What I wish was different
More structure early on. I was their first co-op so it was a learning experience for everyone involved.
Advice
Be open to learn on the fly. Some mistakes will be made but valuable experience will be gained.

MCC HR was great! All of the employees were very welcoming and helpful. I learned a lot about HR, and the role it plays in local government.
