What I liked
It was a great experience and I learned so much about the Island as well as how to care for the horses. It helped develop my work ethic as well as aid in social skills. It helped to round me as a person.
What I wish was different
The hours that we worked we’re very hard and long. It made the job more tiresome and tedious but also was rewarding to know I was able to handle it.
Advice
It is important to go into a job like this with an open mind. I had to be willing to listen and learn and open myself up to a wide variety of people.
