February - August 2022 • Shanghai, People's Republic of China
What I liked
Team culture is great! Everyone is so nice to you and are willing to take you on to big projects for your learning. Also, projects are very hands-on and insightful, which truly allow you to learn, grow, and enrich your resume!
What I wish was different
Maybe a return offer :( This position doesn’t offer that. I wish more networking opportunities could be offered.
Advice
Get ready to work and learn. Don’t be afraid to ask for more work if you feel like it has not been enough!

Advice
One piece of advice I would share about my experience is to share share share. All of your thoughts and ideas are valued and considered. Do not wait till the end of your internship to feel comfortable adding input, you are apart of the team and can make important contributions
