I felt like my job was meaningful. I liked working as part of a team. I worked a lot of hours which helped me to make money in a short period of time. Also the hiring process was good.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more support/training as a unit staff member. I often had to handle situations that I did not feel prepared for. I felt that the units were often understaffed. Hiring more staff and having them work less hours would decrease turn over.
Advice
Be patient with yourself. This job was huge learning experience for me. Ask lots of questions and set boundaries so that you don't get burnt out.
