“Lunda really puts care into their safety program. By that I mean they see safety as a proactive program instead of reactive. They want to ensure the problems with safety are prevented before they could even happen, rather than just letting incidents happen and then having meetings to possibly change their safety program if it is convenient for them. They also took care in telling me what their plan was for the summer for me and what topics they would cover for the internship and asked me if I wanted to learn anything else other than that. ”
