What I liked
The culture of the company is fantastic, and everyone dedicates a lot of effort to making people feel welcomed and productive. The interns were included in everything from client-facing work to really fun team social outings. The company feels like it's on a great upward trajectory, which is cool to be a part of, and also does meaningful, industry-changing work in the healthcare field, but it also small enough to recognize most people in the office and make many close acquaintances. The work the interns did was also varied and enjoyable, from a group intern project and company-wide presentation to daily updates of Lumere's database, and we learned a lot about the healthcare system, medical devices, and research.
