I appreciated the kindness of the owners as they taught me how to do my job efficiently and effectively. I enjoy helping the people that walk in the store and need assistance either picking out vegetables or flowers. The growing plants aspect of this job is incredible because I am blessed to learn from the professional growers at work their tips and tricks to making plants grow properly throughout the summer.
What I wish was different
I would have appreciated if the weather was slightly better because it was cloudy and rained much of the season.
Advice
One piece of advise is to always stay on top of your task. This applies to this job because if the plants grow and use up their water they must be watered again and again. Staying up on tasks is also important in other places like school work when completing homework and maintaining a positive attitude through the heavy academic work.
