I like the environment, the teamwork, design, and the family like atmosphere they have.
What I wish was different
At times I wish was a little busier and I wasn't a huge fan of sitting at a desk every day. The outside work and field visits were very beneficial.
Advice
Must be an outgoing individual to work in this environment. Everything is team oriented and if you cant communicate and have the ability to work with others, this would not be the best atmosphere for you.
