The compassion and understanding of my coworkers is amazing, and they are all very willing to give me advice and clarify when I have questions. The small team aspect is very nice and gives an intimate feel. I also love the fact that I am getting an inside-look into the publishing process, what is popular on the market, etc.
What I wish was different
I wish I were able to work at the office instead of from home, though I understand that due to COVID concerns it is safer to do so this way.
Advice
Even though you are working from home, be diligent! Put in the extra effort and it will benefit both you and those around you.
