What I liked
The compassion and understanding of my coworkers is amazing, and they are all very willing to give me advice and clarify when I have questions. The small team aspect is very nice and gives an intimate feel. I also love the fact that I am getting an inside-look into the publishing process, what is popular on the market, etc.
