Working for Lucille was awesome!! Not only is Lucille an awesome person to work for, but I got a lot of hands on experience working in a fast paced and exciting projects.
While the hourly rate wasn’t awesome, she compensated me in many other ways such as paying for my housing and food when she would take me to the Hamptons to run her gallery.
What I wish was different
When not at the gallery, there was a lot of time spent at a computer or in an office. There was also a ton of social interaction, so if you are shy, I would not recommend this position.
Advice
There are tons of opportunities out there and by putting yourself out there and testing your limits you may never know what you’ll find.
