I loved the small size of Tapemark -- the engineering team is only about 10 people or so, so Coops got a lot of experience while they were working. My boss was good about checking in and making sure that we had meaningful work to do.
What I wish was different
There were some times when we ended up doing boring work -- I think that this happens at every internship, but regardless, sometimes it is a massive pain to be doing things that are tedious. I'd say that this was less than 5% of my time though.
Advice
Take on as many projects as possible -- small companies are really good places to learn and grow from peers and mentors!
