I love the environment. It is very flexible and laid back; all of the counselors understand we are full-time students first and they respect and support us.
What I wish was different
Nothing really. I guess I wish I could get even more hours, but I understand it is a part-time position and they want to be able to spread hours evenly among students.
Advice
I recommend reaching out to counselors and knowing when the hiring cycle is beginning. Getting your foot in the door can help as it is a more competitive hiring process.
