Leanne is very uplifting and inspires you to be the best person you can be in every aspect of life. As a boss, she is a great listener and is always looking for ways that the team can improve.
What I wish was different
The position was remote and while it was very flexible, I am more productive if I am working with the team in person. With that said, I wish we had more in-person working sessions all together as a team. We talked about starting that up, but I wasn't there long enough for that to happen.
Advice
Be proactive and make the opportunity your own. You are the only person in charge of the impact that you make, so decide what you want that to be and be proactive in making that happen. Whatever project you want to work on, Leanne will support you in any way she can.
