I liked the work environment and support that existed for the team at Louisville Tourism. The environment was very positive and helpful in learning new things about the industry. Everyone worked together very well and accepted me with open arms.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had more concrete tasks assigned to me. However, I do understand that many of the things I was not able to do, such as reports.
Advice
I would advise you to reach out first; initiate contact with any job that you are interested in and it will serve as great proof to the employer that you are truly interested in being a part of their organization.
