The company provides good incentives for employees, there is a welcoming and friendly environment and it helped me improve customer service skills.
What I wish was different
I only wish that we had a few more employees for our location as it is sometimes difficult to get coverage if a team member calls in sick or needs a day off.
Advice
One piece of advise I would give is to be open to learning new things and take advantage of learning to use people skills with day to day customers.
