The faculty are wonderful. They go above and beyond to help participants with their day to day. I also really like that they are confident in my interests and visions for the organization. They take into account my options and suggestions.
What I wish was different
For their sake, I wish they had more space.
Advice
One piece of advice I would share would be to start their sooner rather than later. You might even be offered a job that will get you even more experience in the field.
