I was immediately involved in all aspects of the job and was given the opportunity to gain training and experience in all areas. They were also flexible with my schedule.
What I wish was different
I could have benefitted from some more specific goals for my time there. I tried to come up with some (and they encouraged finding a "project" to work on), but it was difficult to find specific things to focus my efforts on, which sometimes resulted in feeling a little aimless.
Advice
Ask questions and don't be afraid to make a difference. If something seems like it could be improved, it probably can, so take on the challenge and be a hero.
