I loved the experience that I gained and the new opportunities and connections that I made. It was a really growing experience. It allowed me to discover my strengths and weaknesses in a safe and encouraging environment. It made me realize that I am capable of much more than I thought.
What I wish was different
I wish I had been more assertive and intentional.
Advice
I would advise people to really take time to pause and recollect yourself even in the chaotic moments. It is so easy to get overwhelmed or frustrated, but it is important to remember to see the children, rather than their bad behavior.
