don't be afraid to approach the children and make mistakes. when you make mistakes you learn from them and you understand how to avoid them in the future. also, there is no one way to approach children, which means that not all children will be responsive to the approach you might have had with another child. some children require more attention and others require less to get a response from them. take time to get to know the children and build relationships with them, because it minimizes classroom interruptions and maximizes learning.
