Everyone you work with is very friendly and will take time to make sure even at the lowest level that you are learning and applying that to the job.
Having a mentor that was semi-casual made for approaching problems much easier and quicker to resolve.
What I wish was different
Explaining how I would be getting paid and what systems I personally need to use more thoroughly would help.
