My time at LocalFi has been a great experience! In-depth one-on-one training, open-minded bosses, a friendly, hardworking team. All the feedback I’ve received has always been constructive and positive. The flexibility of working with LocalFi is awesome. It is very deadline oriented, but you are able to work around your own personal schedule and even have the opportunity to travel. I was able to take a trip to Oregon from Arizona and was still able to do some work while on the trip, thanks to the flexibility of living The LocalFi Lifestyle!
What I wish was different
It would be awesome to be able to see the team more in person since we're all remote and living in different places, but our weekly meetings & monthly team meetings are always a great chance to connect and see everyone!

Staying organized and learning how to manage your time efficiently across different tasks, projects, and meetings is key!
