What I liked
Working in a startup environment where my voice and opinions mattered. Learning how to both do and teach myself how to complete tons of different tasks assigned to me on a moments notice. Earning respect and recognition for doing something well.
What I wish was different
Wish I didn't spend as many last-second late nights - I was sometimes asked day of to stay and work late. Advance coordination and notice would have been nice - BUT by the end of summer, the team did a lot better job of coordinating.
Advice
Make the most of it - there are incredibly smart, hardworking, and successful people working here at Livly. Make connections and show your work ethic and it will pay off!
