The County consists of 16 townships, 2 villages, and 2 cities, containing a diverse mix of rural and agricultural areas, historic downtowns, suburban development, lakeside living and large recreational lands. Home to two metro parks, 3 state recreation areas, 1 state park and numerous wildlife, game, county and local parks, Livingston County has an abundance of recreational opportunities available to suit everyone.
