What I liked

I loved working with the kids! And it was a very positive working environment. It's a really lovely place to make art and play with kids.

What I wish was different

Sometimes my expectations weren't made clear, and there were coworkers who didn't seem as motivated as others. Communication between my boss, the interns, and the counselors wasn't great either - the interns didn't receive the training about Live Arts' policies that the counselors did.

Advice

You're going to work really, really hard, but it's rewarding work. I really loved it!
