What I liked
The job itself is great. You get to work outside, the co workers are pretty cool, and you get to pick flowers, move dirt, harvest etc.
What I wish was different
I wish I felt more heard and appreciated.
Advice
Don’t take anything personally. Really just need a strong state of mind and be open to criticism.
