It was very immersive. I got right into the work and was able to make lots of content for the social media pages. I learned a lot about graphic design, and marketing in general through this.

Be consistent and persistent. The harder that I worked, the more I felt I was getting out of it.

the management, felt as they didn't care about the employees as much as they did about the money
Advice
This daycare/preschool does take in kids with behavioral problems. It can be frustrating you will need patience, but sometimes the kids just really need some extra attention. It can be a rewarding job but you might not feel valued by high up management.
