Little Friends is an incredibly close-knit community that focuses in positive discipline. Their focus in positive discipline drew my attention as a learning environment I would like to be a part of. In my experience, this has created a flourishing environment to work in and engage with the children under. The kids are absolutely amazing and my colleagues are always on board for helping each other out which is immensely appreciated!
What I wish was different
Advice
Be creative in your engaging learning activities, make it imaginative and geared toward their interests while still learning. This goes for working with all children under learning environments, but this advice is something I need to be cognizant of every time I interact with my kids.
