I love this internship because I feel as if my work is really making a difference throughout the world. This is a nonprofit organization , we help to restore sight throughout the world. It's so amazing being part of a business that does so much good in the world.
What I wish was different
I wish I could have worked more throughout the summer; however, I was taking three classes, so I could only work 20 hours a week.
Advice
Even though we are exposed to a lot of medical terminology, it is not required to have any medical background. You will be trained and will learn everything once you start!
