Working at LINX was amazing! The environment is so much fun and everyone I worked with was incredibly kind and welcoming. I was challenged and gained a lot of skills working with children with behavioral difficulties.
What I wish was different
The days are long out in the hot sun or cold rain. Be prepared to bring the energy every single day, even when you're not feeling it, and to withstand whatever the weather has in store.
Advice
Talk to your teammates and supervisors! I got so much advice from them because I took the time to get to know them.
