Nice bosses recruit nice people, which makes everyone at LINK super nice and supportive. I truly feel valued. Whenever I feel down and tell an unfunny joke during team meeting, there's always someone who validates my points.
They are capable and hard-working people who are willing to teach. They are successful people but present themselves as your high school deskmates you can have coffee with.
Almost perfect.
What I wish was different
No big thing that needs to be flagged, just one tiny thing I need to be proactive and push harder: I wish there's more schedule. I like certainty, so I would like to know what I will be doing tomorrow. LINK team is more spontaneous. They assign work in the morning and finish work COB.
