I liked that it was so hands on and I was able to be a teacher to help others. I got to be in charge of all the social media accounts and use my marketing major education first hand. I also got to see my progress from start to finish in training people to be sales reps as well as in my own sales.
What I wish was different
I wish I would have had more time to work before school started and actually build my team.
Advice
I would say to take full advantage of the opportunity and go to all the team nights, etc. It truly is about the effort you're willing to put in and about your ability to overcome obstacles/listen to advice.
