Inconsistent hours--sometimes I was working 3 hours a weekend and other times it was 10 hours a weekend so paychecks vary.

What I liked
Flexible, extremely communicative, never had issues.
What I wish was different
Great experience overall but the social distancing procedures in place for Covid-19 were not as protective as they could have been, which many people walking through the Lily Pool during the summertime.
Advice
Following up definitely helped me get the job. And be outwardly queer if that's an important factor for you--don't compromise for an uncomfortable or abusive workplace environment.
