What I liked
Working as a 4-H Summer Assistant/Intern allowed me to experience 4-H/Extension Education holistically. The entire office staff was new to their positions, so that provided an awesome opportunity for everyone to collaborate on every project/task. This collaboration specifically allowed me to gain experience in developing programming lessons, contest materials, and of course the culminating event, the Achievement Days (County Fair).
