Out in nature all day. Management is very supportive and cares about mentors wellbeing.
What I wish was different
The workplace community is quite tight-knit, if you have little to no experience with Lime Hollow, you can definitely feel like an outsider for a while.
Advice
Not a job for someone who doesn't like kids, you may think you like kids, but a job like this will test that for sure.

What I liked
This job was amazing! I was connected to nature everyday. I loved being around kids and teaching them the value of being outdoors and playing outdoor games. We would fish and look for frogs and snakes! Everyone there is so friendly and makes you feel so welcome. There were so many activities we did with the kids that I also loved them! It brings out the kid in you for sure! I can’t wait to work there again!
