Culture - They do not lie about the family culture here. It is a welcoming atmosphere that encourages learning and collaboration.
Flexibility - Remote working is allowed and taking time off is not taboo.
I was also able to work with every employee on the accounting team and gain a deep understanding of the entire department. My work was (and is) valued here and I feel like a genuine part of the team.

Advice
Take advantage of the learning opportunity this internship offers. Work as many hours as you can and try to get involved in as many projects as possible. If you haven't decided what part of accounting you want to focus in on, this will be the internship that helps you decide.
