It's a great experience to push yourself outside your comfort zone and develop skills in the digital marketing field!

I was given a lot of freedom to accomplish meaningful goals for the company, including creative data projects and command over Google and Facebook ads.
What I wish was different
I wish the company had not been so strongly conservative, leaving room for better political dialogue.
Advice
People appreciate good communication and initiative. Those two qualities separated me and allowed my co-workers to trust me with more and more responsibility.
