The company culture is much like a startup because the company is still new and rapidly growing. I really enjoyed that aspect of my experience. Furthermore, because the company was so small, I had the opportunity to do full stack development.
What I wish was different
The location. I understand that they can't change their roots though.
Advice
Try the tasks most out of your comfort zone. It may turn out that you find your passion because of it.
