Flexible with work schedule and forgiven if arrived a little late.

Being able to commit 40 hours to continue being an IT Specialist and learning more about their data systems
Advice
Always expect a rare occurance of mapping/connections between systems but expect to be surrounded by an amazing manager/leader. Bal and Joe are what every IT guy dreams of working with and I couldn’t have it any other way. Thanks LSL :)

What I liked
I had a supervisor that helped me through out my learning processes.
The amount of responsibility I was trusted with.
The integration into the QA group.
The opportunity to collaborate with all the departments.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more access to more in depth meetings.
Advice
Ask as many questions as possible. You're supervisor is there to guide you.
Don't be afraid to make mistakes.
Get to know the operations side of things as best as possible.
Be punctual and professional.
