I enjoyed the environment and how the company ran its operations. Every employee was very nice and welcoming. The training process was done efficently and effectively.
What I wish was different
Nothing should be changed based on what the job entails. Customer service is a difficult area to work in, and the company manages this very well.

Treat others the way you want to be treated. When it comes to working in customer care, it is always important to be a good listener in order to reach a great outcome.
