Being able to work with professionals first had in my industry of choice was definitely a strong vocational experience. It Amplified my ambition and enthusiasm to find a career within technology.
What I wish was different
Initially my experience was supposed to be on location, however the pandemic forced it to be virtual. Which was nice and convenient, however I feel that I could have benefited more had I had the opportunity to be face to face with my mentor and their fellow staff alike.
Advice
Learn as much as you can from the folks who've created a life around the industry you're seeking. Its an rare glimpse that shouls not be taken for granted.
