It was a very flexible schedule where you could create your own work and projects while helping the team complete their projects. You get to do a little bit of all the projects if you make your interests clear.
What I wish was different
I would have liked a little more structure day to day but overall, you have the opportunity to take on your own projects.
Advice
Talk to people and ask for your personal evaluations halfway through your period there and then at the end.

-Lots of opportunity for initiative
-Exposed to projects across several business functions
-Excellent mentorship from management, friendly and approachable environment
What I wish was different
-Didn’t have time to see some projects through before leaving
-A lot going on at all times so it’s challenging to focus
Advice
Arrive with initiative, proactivity and enthusiasm. But also be ready to take on things that might not fit your areas of interest—it’s a team effort!
