What I liked

I greatly enjoyed the fact that I was given important jobs to complete and was provided a fantastic team of mentors and buddies who helped me learn a great number of skills. Also, thanks to the flexibility of the program I was able to adjust the internship to my personal objectives, asking for tasks aligned with my interests.

What I wish was different

I would have preffered to work in the US, Covid made this not possible.

Advice

Be as transparent and honest with the team at Libra and communicate your goals in the internship and later on so that they can tailor the work to your ambitions.

More interactions and opportunities to work with other interns outside of my direct team.

Advice

Understanding financial models is not a prerequisite, although having some prior experience with excel and economic article writing are beneficial to observing case studies.
