What I liked

I liked the flexibility within this internship. I was able to be an asset for each of the divisions within the company and learn about each through doing that. I did a little bit of marketing, some finance, some accounting, some management, a little bit of everything.

What I wish was different

I wish it was a little more of a structured internship. Originally there wasn't an actual internship program, they brought me in to see if I could help them and be a good fit for the company and it ended up working out. But the strucutre wasn't there as it was an experimental position in a way.

Advice

If you do an internship with a company that doesn't have a structured internship program, don't be afraid to say your ideas and provide the company with your insight and let them know what you are good at and what you want to do.
