What I liked
I loved how it was such a casual and fun environment filled with vibrant energy from other employees.
What I wish was different
I wish the store was more structured. I wish they had more digital marketing campaigns on the web rather than traditional marketing (e.g.: emailing, reaching out to college students who are involved in greek life, etc.)
Advice
It is very hands-on, and you get to see how fashion and business intertwines.

I love fashion and design so it was very rewarding to work in a store surrounding those ideas.

You can take off time for school and come back when your back for breaks.
Advice
It is super rewarding but shifts are 9 hours.

What I liked
I love my coworkers and the nature of the job. I love how close it is to my home and how easy the commute is. I love being able to use my own fashion sense to style other people.
What I wish was different
How seriously we're taken by the higher-ups. It feels we're not prioritized a lot of the time.
