I got to help out with private events and work next to the event planner herself as well as with the cook in the kitchen preparing the meals for the party.
What I wish was different
Wearing the masks in an outdoor restaurant all summer was a bit difficult. I'd change that.

If you're looking at running your own small restaurant, catering service, or event planning service this is a great place for an educational experience.
