My co-workers were very welcoming. I learned a lot of new skills at the job and had a wonderful time getting to know people.
What I wish was different
I wish I had more time to work on the project and time to participate in any additional developments. I wish we had the ability to interact more with different technologies used in archival settings.
Advice
People should remember that communication is key in any work setting. Students should be able to communicate with new people and in different ways. Everyone can understand things differently, try to be flexible with the way you explain things/ask questions.

What I liked
I like how the business office works around your schedule and as a student I think that is super important because sometimes things come up and they understand.
What I wish was different
I don’t have any complaints.
Advice
One piece of advice would be to like the place you work. I worked at a fast food restaurant and I hated it. That’s why I decided I would like to work at Lewis in the business office. The entire environment is different. It is more stress-free and the managers at the business office really try to put you first.
