Good hours that leave afternoons free. Free housing is very convenient and makes up for what would otherwise be low pay for a hard job. Appropriate breaks make the work less draining. Positive management attitude.
What I wish was different
Lack of communication is a recurring problem. Some people started getting grumpy towards the end of the season and would take it out on the rest without explaining what the problem was. Lack of training and quality control led to a lot of work needing to be redone.

Show up. Be willing to work hard. Don't blame others for your mistakes.
