What I liked
As an entry level position, the on-boarding process was through and I felt ready to take on my new role.
My co-workers were often busy, but willing to help me with tasks or trouble shooting any issues I had. Any conflicts or issues I had, upper management made a point to listen and address everything. Including documentation when needed.
This particular office had a business casual dress code, which I appreciated given my position.
